公平與正義是競技體育的核心價值，有關公平與正義的討論也是競技體育中的熱門話題。實現公平與正義的基礎在于規(guī)則制定的合理性，然而競技體育規(guī)則“運用規(guī)定的低效率手段達成目標”的創(chuàng)建原則與世俗生活理念是相悖的，這造成了在競技體育實踐中時常出現背離公平與正義的現象，例如違反規(guī)則、使用禁藥、舞弊作假等。本文借助相關社會學理論，結合競技體育的本質特征，對競技體育的公平與正義理念及其實現途徑進行了嘗試性的探討，以期能夠豐富和完善競技體育理論，促進競技體育的和諧健康發(fā)展。 關鍵詞：競技體育；公平；正義；規(guī)則；標準；程序 |

公平與正義 是競技體育 的核心價值，有關 公平與正義的 討論 也是 競技體育中 的熱門話題。實現 公平與正義 的基礎 在于 規(guī)則制定的 合理性，然而 競技體育規(guī)則 “運用 規(guī)定的 低效率 手段 達成目標”的 創(chuàng)建原則 與 世俗生活理念 是相悖的，這造成了 在競技體育實踐中 時常出現 背離 公平與正義 的現象，例如 違反規(guī)則、使用禁藥、舞弊作假等。本文 借助 相關社會學理論，結合 競技體育的 本質特征，對 競技體育的 公平與正義理念 及 其 實現途徑 進行了 嘗試性的 探討，以期 能夠豐富 和 完善 競技體育 理論，促進 競技體育的 和諧健康發(fā)展。 As fairness and justice is the core value of competitive sports, the discussion on fairness and justice of competitive sports is also a hot topic . The basis for realizing the fairness and justice lies in the reasonability of rulemaking, however the principle of creating competitive sports rule"achiving goals by low-efficiency approach " is normally inconsistent with the worldly life concept, which causing situations (breach of regulation, doping and fraud, etc) that departure from the fairness and justice principle in competitive sports practice. In this paper, by refering related sociological theories, and combining the basic characteristics of competitive sports, tentative discussions were performed on the fairness and justice concept of competitive sports and related realization approach in the hope of enriching and improving the theory of competitive sports and promoting the healthy and harmonic development of competitive sports. 關鍵詞：競技體育；公平；正義；規(guī)則；標準；程序 Keywords:Competitive Sports; Fairness; Justice; Rule; Standard; Procedure |
