| Overall strain variability for growth on selective media was lower after 48 h than after 24 h; for each selective media, no significant differences in the detected count was found in any of the 12 isolates tested (ANOVA; all P-values >0.05), although some isolates showed variability among biological replicates. For example, after 48 h, FSL R5-555 and W6-524 each showed no growth for at least one biological replicate on MAC, CPETRI, VRBA, and VRBAO, although for each of these isolates, all 3 biological replicates produced growth on SPCP.
