5個月零25天，MWCL來的意見，應該是拒稿了？

02-Nov-2015 Dear **: Manuscript ID MWCL ** entitled "*****" which you submitted to the IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters, has been reviewed. The comments from reviewer(s) are included at the bottom of this letter. In view of the criticisms of the reviewer(s) and notes from the AE/EIC found at the bottom of this letter, the manuscript cannot be accepted for publication in the IEEE Microwave and Wireless Components Letters at this time. However, a new manuscript may be submitted which takes into consideration these comments.
