收到的AWPL的審稿意見，求大神指點(diǎn)迷津！

如題，歷時(shí)兩個(gè)多月收到了IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters的審稿意見，我看過之后沒有明白編輯是什么意思（前面給了拒，后副主編又說鼓勵(lì)闡述清楚），我修改后能以什么樣的形式接著投？能否在原來的基礎(chǔ)上繼續(xù)投稿么？求有經(jīng)驗(yàn)大神指點(diǎn)迷津！ In view of the criticisms of the reviewer(s) found at the bottom of this letter, your manuscript has been denied publication in the IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters. Thank you for considering the IEEE Antennas and Wireless Propagation Letters for the publication of your research. I hope the outcome of this specific submission will not discourage you from the submission of future manuscripts. Associate Editor Comments to the Author: The paper is extremely hard to understand, because terms and objectives are not clearly defined, and because the English style is very deficient. Therefore the key ideas of the paper could essentially not be assessed. Rejection is recommended, but the authors are encouraged to clarify the explanation of their work. |
