Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities: Product engineers are the technical interface between the product development team and the production side, responsible for providing support to the product design, improvements and quality issues; participating in the product development, material qualification, coordinating with quality team to resolve all issues on pre and post production cells and overall product qualifications when the high volume production is running Requirements / Qualifications College degree with minimum of 3 years experiences in Lithium Ion battery industry in R&D, processing, quality or other product related functional areas. Advance degree may in lieu of work experiences. Key Competencies: 1、Lithium-Ion cell theory and manufacturing process 2、Statistical methods and tools 3、Plan and execute experiments 4、Product reliability and qualification process 5、Report writing and presentations 6、Physical analysis methods 7、Strong analytic work methodology and problem solving skills 8、Work independently with minimum supervision General Requirements： 1、 Honest, reliable, highly efficient, can work under pressure; 2、Good communication skills and team work spirit; 3、Ability to work independently. |
