如何在超算中心安裝vasp？ 已有3人參與

1.以下軟件需要自行安裝 sudo apt-get install build-essential sudo apt-get install gcc-multilib sudo apt-get install libstdc++5 sudo apt-get install openjdk-6-jre-headless 以下為12.04系統(tǒng)默認(rèn)自帶，建議檢查，使用g++ -v之類的代碼；注意gcc和g++的版本應(yīng)一致。 sudo apt-get install g++ 參考: 1.http://blog.163.com/fj_ltls/blog/static/138027111201063184339602/ 2.http://www.linuxidc.com/Linux/2012-07/65070.htm 以下視情況安裝。 #安裝amd64版本的編譯器也需要一些32位庫支持，使用命令安裝： sudo apt-get install ia32-libs sudo apt-get install lib32stdc++6 sudo apt-get install libc6-dev-i386 sudo apt-get install g++-multilib 看了教程，第一步都是sudo什么的，但是我沒有root權(quán)限，這一步還需要進行嗎？ 剛才直接進入第二步，安裝intel parallel_studio在檢查pre-requisite的時候提示： Step no: 1 of 7 | Options > Missing Optional Pre-requisite(s) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There are one or more optional unresolved issues.
