| 列管式相變儲(chǔ)能換熱器由于具有較大的儲(chǔ)熱和換熱速率,引起了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者及工業(yè)界人士的廣泛關(guān)注。但是,目前對(duì)列管式相變儲(chǔ)能換熱器設(shè)計(jì)及儲(chǔ)/釋過(guò)程實(shí)驗(yàn)研究還較少且對(duì)其強(qiáng)化換熱機(jī)理研究還不夠充分,無(wú)量綱化研究也鮮有報(bào)道。針對(duì)以上幾點(diǎn),對(duì)列管式相變儲(chǔ)能換熱器進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)驗(yàn),并數(shù)值分析了進(jìn)口工況、模型結(jié)構(gòu)、相變材料(PCM)物性及相變材料組合對(duì)儲(chǔ)熱換熱性能的影響,并對(duì)填充定型相變材料列管式相變儲(chǔ)能換熱器的研究參數(shù)進(jìn)行了無(wú)量綱化。 |

However, currently there are few experimental researches on the design and storage/release process of tube-type phase-change energy storage heat transfer, insufficient researches on the enhancement of its heat transfer mechanism, nor very few reports about its non-dimensionalization research. Regarding above few points, in this paper, the experiment on the tube-type phase-change energy storage heat transfer was designed; numerical analysis was conducted on the influences of inlet conditions, model structure, PCM properties, and PCM combination to the performance of heat exchanging and heat accumulation; moreover, the parameters of the shaped tube-type phase-change energy storage heat transfer were nondimensionalized. |
