漢譯英 珠光體鋼絲拉拔變形文章

| 經(jīng)應(yīng)變量為0.25 的少量形變后, 珠光體層片沿軸向彎折破壞, 呈彎折帶組織; 彎折的滲碳體片被折斷、鐵素體中存在著高密度的位錯(cuò), 同時(shí)可以看到, 彎折帶以外的組織沒有發(fā)生明顯形變. 應(yīng)變量增大至0.5 時(shí), 彎折的珠光體組織形變不均勻性加劇, 珠光體層片沿彎折帶向2 側(cè)彎折, 滲碳體斷裂, 鐵素體中高密度的位錯(cuò)已經(jīng)逐漸演變成位錯(cuò)胞、位錯(cuò)墻式結(jié)構(gòu). |

僅供參考 After a small deformation of variable which is 0.25, pearlite lamellae is bent and destroyed along the axial direction, and presents as bending organization. The bending cementite lamella is broken off, and in ferrite there existes high density dislocation. Simultaneously, it can be seen that there is no obvious deformation happened in the organization outside the bending zone. When dependent variate increases to 0.5, the deformation inhomogeneity of the bending pearlitic microstructure intensifies, pearlite layer bents to the two sides, and cementite is fractured. The high density dislocation in ferrite has gradually evolved into the dislocation cell and dislocation wall structure. |
