拉曼中internal mode, lattice mode, disorder-induced mode分別是什么意思？

如題 關(guān)于拉曼的幾篇外文文獻(xiàn)中看到的，internal mode, lattice mode, disorder-induced mode, optical mode分別是什么意思？？？ 以下是截取的原文 “In this study, we treat the NH4Cl system using our observed frequencies of its internal Raman mode, v2(1708 cm−1), at various temperatures for the pressures of 1.6 kbar (tricritical) and 2.8 kbar (second order).” “Analysis of the Raman frequencies of a lattice mode in NH4Cl close to the tricritical and second order phase transitions” “This study gives our analysis of the disorder-induced Raman modes of 7 (93 cm−1) and 5 (144 cm−1) close to the λ-phase transition (P=0) in the NH4Cl crystal.” 在學(xué)拉曼，但不是學(xué)物理的，在對NH4Cl的拉曼特征峰分析時(shí)，想弄清這些峰產(chǎn)生的原因，也就是想搞清楚這幾個(gè)拉曼峰分別對應(yīng)的哪種類型的振動(dòng)，遇到了這些問題，對這些名詞不是很了解，望專業(yè)人士解答！感謝！ |
