[求助] 關(guān)于lammps里examples的問題（shear）已有1人參與

各位大神，希望能指點(diǎn)一下。
在equilibrate之前，lower與upper的溫度并沒有設(shè)定，只是設(shè)定了mobile的溫度，請(qǐng)問那其余兩組原子的初速度怎樣？還有就是原子的質(zhì)量好像沒有給啊，不用給定嗎？
以下是shear的程序：

我記得eam勢(shì)函數(shù)文件里有原子質(zhì)量的信息，你可以看下pair_style eam的doc page。未設(shè)定初始溫度的group的溫度我不知道，不過是否可以試著把那兩個(gè)group的原子速度輸出出來看一下。希望對(duì)你有用。
