火電廠 SCR脫硝系統(tǒng) 氨管道污堵治理 及 優(yōu)化控制 Optimization Control and Treatment of Ammonia Pipeline Pollution and Plugging of SCR Denitrification System of Thermal Power Plant 摘 要：火電廠SCR脫硝系統(tǒng) 儲氨罐內 雜物 積累到一定程度，會在 氨流動時 被攜帶 至下游管道、設備處，當 環(huán)境 溫度降低、機組 用氨量 減少時，氨的流動性 降低，雜物在 系統(tǒng)流通面積 較小的地方 堆積形成 堵塞，進而 導致 脫硝系統(tǒng) 無法正常運行。本文根據 脫硝系統(tǒng) 設備維護過程中 氨系統(tǒng) 污堵治理 經歷，總結 出有 針對性的 治理措施 及 控制策略。 Abstract：When the waste accumulates to certain extent in ammonia pipeline of SCR denitrification system of thermal power plant, it may be carried to the downstreat pipe line and equipment with ammonia flow. When the temperature decrease of system temperature and ammonia amount required by unit, the liquidity of ammonia decreased, leading to the accumulationg of waste at location of small flow area and the failure of normal operation of SCR denitrification system.
