請問誰比較擅長統(tǒng)計相關(guān)的知識，什么是correlation t-test？有具體問題 已有2人參與

我做的一個工作是模型模擬值與地面實測值進行比較。然后我有計算模擬值和實測值之間的相關(guān)性，就是最常用的皮爾遜相關(guān)系數(shù)，算出來的相關(guān)性的p-value<0.001.因此我認為我計算的相關(guān)性是有意義的。但是審稿人給我提了以下的問題，感覺涉及到了不少統(tǒng)計方面的知識，該如何理解？特別是他說到的"effective sample size autocorrelation t-test"怎么算，有現(xiàn)有軟件或者程序可以算嗎？真心求助，謝謝了！ "My single remaining concern has to do with the statistical significance tests I requested in my previous review. The authors have provided tests of significance, but based on the reported p-values and their own statement about sample size, I am concerned that the tests did not account for temporal autocorrelation. This would lead to an artificially high estimate of significance. A simple adjustment can be performed by using an effective sample size correction (an internet search for "effective sample size autocorrelation t-test" turns up several example of how this is done). " |
