| 研究兩組含不同粘度指數(shù)改進(jìn)劑基礎(chǔ)油潤滑性能在不同工況條件下的變化規(guī)律，結(jié)果表明：不同粘度指數(shù)改進(jìn)劑使基礎(chǔ)油具有不同的粘溫性能和剪切稀化特性，隨著速度不斷增大，兩組潤滑油成膜性能差異越大，剪切稀化特性對潤滑性能影響占主導(dǎo)因素。隨著溫度不斷升高，粘度指數(shù)改進(jìn)劑的粘溫性能對成膜能力的影響占主導(dǎo)因素。載荷變化對含不同粘度指數(shù)改進(jìn)劑基礎(chǔ)油潤滑性能差異的影響不明顯。 |

研究 兩組 含不同 粘度指數(shù) 改進(jìn)劑 基礎(chǔ)油 潤滑性能 在 不同工況條件下 的 變化規(guī)律，結(jié)果表明：不同 粘度指數(shù)改進(jìn)劑 使 基礎(chǔ)油 具有 不同的 粘溫性能 和 剪切稀化特性，隨著 速度不斷 增大，兩組潤滑油 成膜性能 差異越大，剪切稀化特性 對 潤滑性能影響 占主導(dǎo)因素。隨著溫度 不斷升高，粘度指數(shù) 改進(jìn)劑 的 粘溫性能 對 成膜能力的 影響 占主導(dǎo)因素。載荷變化 對含 不同粘度指數(shù)改進(jìn)劑 基礎(chǔ)油 潤滑性能 差異的 影響 不明顯。 This paper researched the change rule of lubrication performance of two groups of base oils containing improvers of different viscosity indexes under different working conditions. The results show that due to the different viscosity indexes of improvers, the base oil show different viscosity temperature behavior and shear thinning characteristics. With the increase of velocity, the difference of film-forming property between two groups of base oils will enlarged, and the shear thinning characteristics plays a dominate role in effecting the lubrication performance of base oil. However with the increase of temperature, the viscosity temperature behavior of improver plays a dominate role in effecting the film-forming ability of base oil. The load variation plays a insignificant role in effecting the lubrication performance of base oils containing improvers of different viscosity indexes. |
