足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的認(rèn)知技能訓(xùn)練 摘要：通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、邏輯分析法和經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)法，對(duì)足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的認(rèn)知技能訓(xùn)練進(jìn)行了嘗試性的探討。研究認(rèn)為，提高球員技能水平是教練員的主要職責(zé)，技能包括動(dòng)作技能和認(rèn)知技能兩個(gè)方面，足球教練員往往只重視動(dòng)作技能的訓(xùn)練，而忽略了認(rèn)知技能的訓(xùn)練。認(rèn)知技能包括感知、記憶、想象和思維四個(gè)方面內(nèi)容，對(duì)于足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員而言，認(rèn)知技能是有效進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)術(shù)決策的關(guān)鍵，是提高比賽能力的基礎(chǔ)。足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的認(rèn)知技能訓(xùn)練，應(yīng)主要從視覺搜索策略、閱讀姿勢(shì)線索、識(shí)別環(huán)境信息和預(yù)判決策四個(gè)方面入手。 關(guān)鍵詞：足球運(yùn)動(dòng)員；認(rèn)知技能；視覺搜索策略；姿勢(shì)線索；環(huán)境；預(yù)判決策 |

Cognitive skill training of football players Abstract: In this paper, cognitive skill training of football players is studied using literature consultation, logic analysis and experience summarization. Research shows that it is obligational for coaches to improve skills of football players, including motor ones and cognitive ones. However, cognitive skills are usually given less attention than motor ones when training. Cognitive skills, including perception, memory, imagination and thinking, are crucial for football players to effectively carry out tactics and to improve competition ability. The cognitive skills of football players should be improved through visual searching, posture clue reading, environment recognizing and decision prejudging. The research found that, increase the skill level of a football play is the main responsibility of a football coach. The skill contains movement skill and cognitive skill. Normally, foot ball coach only focuses on movement skill training while neglects the cognitive skill training. Cognitive skill contains 4 aspects including perception, memory, imagination and thought. To football paly, cognitive skill is a key factor for implementing strategic decision and a basis for increasing competition ability.
