“- please look at the individual funders like Edinburgh University and China Council and find out what exactly they are covering. In particular, if any is contributing towards the research costs in addition to the stipend and fees. - as I mentioned, I would need a collaboration with a company to run this project. They will potentially contribute towards research costs. That means signing an agreement, which is between you, the student, and the company. It will stipulate who owns the Intellectual property right etc ... This is not a problem when it is a simple studentship, but when multiple sponsors are involved, maybe this needs to be looked at. At the same, time we do not want to draw too much to this. So I will leave it to you how you handle this. ” 以上為聯(lián)系的外導的回信。 我的理解是，導師需要我確認“CSC一方和愛丁堡大學一方對我在博士期間所做出的成果是否有所有權”。。不知我的理解對不對，還請各位蟲友給出指點啊。 如果我理解正確，那么請問CSC對我在國外所做成果，比如文章或專利，是否有所有權？ 學校一方又是怎么樣的呢？ 希望得到權威回答，謝謝啊�。� |
