請問被認(rèn)定為了no show該怎么辦？ 已有1人參與

|
投了IEEE通信學(xué)會某還不錯的一個會議，然后開會的時候讓一個非作者的人去代講，然后簽的是這個人的名字，也就是說并不是作者之一去講座而且組委會知道了。然后被發(fā)郵件認(rèn)定為No show，不能進入IEEE檢索。 請問大家有沒有遇到這種情況的？求問建議。 有點著急，非常感謝反饋。 |

No show 規(guī)定： Conference Proceedings and to be eligible for publication in IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference at the full (member or non-member) rate and the paper must be presented by an author of that paper at the conference unless the TPC Chair grants permission for a substitute presenter arranged in advance of the event and who is qualified both to present and answer questions. Non-refundable registration fees must be paid prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. For authors with multiple accepted papers, one full registration is valid for up to 3 papers. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the IEEE [name of event] Conference Proceedings and submitted to IEEE Xplore® as well as other Abstracting and Indexing (A&I) databases. 從規(guī)定看出，可以找人代替，但是問題是需要TPC主席事先確認(rèn)。你缺少這個溝通。趕緊彌補一下，看看主席是否好說話。  |
