中山大學(xué)中山眼科中心金正京課題組招聘 金正京教授于2006年獲得美國(guó)密歇根州立大學(xué)細(xì)胞與分子生物學(xué)博士學(xué)位。完成New England Biolabs、賓夕法尼亞大學(xué)和美國(guó)國(guó)立衛(wèi)生研究院的博士后研究工作后，她于2013年以中組部青年千人引進(jìn)人才身份全職加入中山眼科中心國(guó)家重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室。金教授在腫瘤細(xì)胞生物學(xué)和表觀遺傳學(xué)等方面的研究成果多次發(fā)表于Science、Nucleic Acids Res、Cancer Cell等期刊。 研究方向： 著眼于研究眼科腫瘤形成的遺傳學(xué)和表觀遺傳學(xué)機(jī)制，涉及腫瘤細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)和表觀遺傳學(xué)等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域。 本課題組的研究方向之一是探索表觀遺傳調(diào)節(jié)和染色質(zhì)修飾因子如何在眼科腫瘤中異常作用以及這種異常會(huì)給腫瘤發(fā)展帶來(lái)的影響。通過(guò)研究這些蛋白質(zhì)對(duì)腫瘤形成的影響來(lái)鑒定和分析它們的作用機(jī)制將為眼科腫瘤的表觀遺傳治療提供理論基礎(chǔ)并推動(dòng)新藥的研發(fā)。 本課題組的另一個(gè)研究方向是通過(guò)分析腫瘤和其他眼科疾病臨床樣本的基因組和表觀遺傳信息來(lái)明確眼科疾病的發(fā)病機(jī)理，探索疾病治療潛在的分子靶標(biāo)或信號(hào)通路。該研究將運(yùn)用高通量測(cè)序技術(shù)測(cè)定臨床樣本中全基因組甲基化情況及基因表達(dá)水平，然后通過(guò)一系列生物化學(xué)和分子生物學(xué)的方法評(píng)估在這些樣本中異常表達(dá)的潛在靶標(biāo)或信號(hào)通路。 金正京課題組誠(chéng)聘以下研究人員，期望能盡快到崗，有意者請(qǐng)將英文簡(jiǎn)歷發(fā)至金正京教授郵箱zoc2013@foxmail.com，并抄送眼科中心人事科郵箱fanxin6@mail.sysu.edu.cn 崗位需求： 崗位名稱 崗位類別 人數(shù) 學(xué)歷 專業(yè) 工作經(jīng)驗(yàn) 資質(zhì)或技能要求 期望到崗時(shí)間 工作內(nèi)容 副研究員 研究人員 1 博士 眼科學(xué)、腫瘤學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè) 已經(jīng)有3-5年博士后經(jīng)驗(yàn) 熟悉分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)、動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn) 2015年 統(tǒng)籌安排實(shí)驗(yàn)室事務(wù)、與其他科室交流合作、完成科研任務(wù) 助理研究員 研究人員 1 博士 眼科學(xué)、腫瘤學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè) 熟悉分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)、動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn) 2015年 完成科研任務(wù) 技術(shù)員 技術(shù)員 2 碩士 眼科學(xué)、腫瘤學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè) 熟悉分子生物學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)、細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)、動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn) 2015年 根據(jù)需要完成各種實(shí)驗(yàn) 副研究員崗位（年薪人民幣30至35萬(wàn)元） 具體要求： The Ocular tumor research group at the Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center (SYSU, Guangzhou) has a senior research scientist position available in the area of tumor biology and epigenetics. A major research focus of the group is directed towards genomic and epigenetic analyses of clinical tumor samples with an aim to understand the ocular disease pathogenesis mechanisms and identification of molecular targets or pathways for potential therapeutic development. The research spans over multidisciplinary fields ranging from cancer cell biology, epigenetics, bioinformatics to clinical translation in collaboration with various research units at Zhongshan Ophthalmic Center. Qualifications : - PhD or MD/PhD in tumor biology, epigenetics, or other relevant areas of biomedical sciences (Candidates with more than 3 years' postdoctoral experience preferred) - Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (This is critical) - Proven history of productive research activities in tumor biology - Experience in setting up and managing multidisciplinary collaborations Interested candidates should send their CV in English and a brief description of their research interest and career goal .
