Responsibilities: 1. Manage the key and strategic clients and orders in the Protein Production Department, and cooperate and lead the cross-departmental projects; 2. Provide technical solution to the project management and production teams, and provide guidance with strong trouble-shooting skills; 3. Communicate with international clients in multiple ways including teleconference and email; 4. Provide innovative internal R&D plans to the department and company regularly, and play key roles in the R&D projects of the company; 5. Communicate with the commercial teams to provide new service proposals and promotions; investigate key technologies to boost the service performance; 工作職責(zé)： 1．管理蛋白質(zhì)生產(chǎn)部門的關(guān)鍵戰(zhàn)略客戶和訂單，并領(lǐng)導(dǎo)跨部門項目； 2．為項目管理和生產(chǎn)團(tuán)隊提供技術(shù)解決方案，并具有較強(qiáng)的故障排除能力； 3．用多種方式包括電話會議和電子郵件的國際客戶溝通； 4．定期向部門和公司提供創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)部研發(fā)計劃，并在公司研發(fā)項目中發(fā)揮關(guān)鍵作用； 5．與商業(yè)團(tuán)隊進(jìn)行溝通，提供新的服務(wù)建議和促銷活動，探討關(guān)鍵技術(shù)，以提高服務(wù)績效。 Qualifications: 1. A Ph. D. degree in life science or a related field. Has strong protein analytics background. 2. Has the knowledge of Mass Spec, HPLC and other analytic methods used on protein characterization. 3. Excel in a collaborative work environment, good inter-personal, managerial and leadership skills and strong oral and written communication abilities. 4. Bi-lingual, fluent in Chinese and English reading, writing and conversation. Communication skill with foreign customers to discuss the order and progress is required. 任職資格： 1．生命科學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位。有較強(qiáng)的蛋白質(zhì)分析背景； 2．具有質(zhì)譜、高效液相色譜等分析方法，用于蛋白質(zhì)鑒定； 3．在協(xié)同工作環(huán)境中，良好的人際關(guān)系，管理和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力，較強(qiáng)的口頭和書面溝通能力； 4．雙向語言，流利的中文和英文讀、寫、會話。與國外客戶溝通技巧，討論訂單和進(jìn)度要求。 |
