關(guān)于proof問(wèn)題求助，急�。�！

第一次弄proof，好多不懂，請(qǐng)各位幫忙，著急! (1)proof是發(fā)給通訊作者（導(dǎo)師），2號(hào)發(fā)給老師，人家讓4個(gè)工作日返回，可是，老師今天9號(hào)才看到發(fā)給我，已經(jīng)晚了幾天了，該怎么辦，這時(shí)改了發(fā)過(guò)去，有問(wèn)題內(nèi)，是否需要解釋一下原因啊 （2）Please return corrections to me by email, ideally by annotating the PDF (see guidelines on the first page of your proof). This is the method that is currently the fastest and most reliable for transmitting your corrections to the typesetter. If you are unable to do this, please email your changes in the form of a list (including page number, paragraph and line in which the correction has to be made). 如果我把修改后的pdf發(fā)過(guò)去了，是否還需要再寫(xiě)個(gè)response一條一條說(shuō)一下啊 （3）發(fā)過(guò)來(lái)的問(wèn)題，有幾個(gè)是“GQ”是讓確認(rèn)的問(wèn)題，比如，GQ: Please confirm that all author information, including names, affiliations, sequence, and contact details, is correct. GQ: Please review the entire document for typographical errors, mathematical errors, and any other necessary corrections; check headings, tables, and figures 這樣的問(wèn)題怎么回答啊，還是沒(méi)錯(cuò)的話 直接不回答呢； 另外幾個(gè)問(wèn)題是“AQ” 在論文原處都有標(biāo)價(jià)，是需要直接回答的問(wèn)題。 （4）有一個(gè)需要的問(wèn)題是“Please check the sentence ‘That is, the storey stiffness .’ for clarity.” 請(qǐng)問(wèn)下這是什么意思啊，還有，如果句子不順，自己還能改嗎？可是他郵件里面說(shuō)不能重寫(xiě) “Please read the proof for errors or missing elements. However, please do not rewrite or make other major changes affecting layout or the final extent.” 那類似于這個(gè)讓 check 句子的問(wèn)題，該怎么回答啊 （5）一個(gè)需要回答的問(wèn)題“AQ: ‘Tso et al. ’ has been changed to ‘Tso and Sadek ’ to match the reference list. Please check and confirm.” 這樣的問(wèn)題，直接說(shuō)Yes。可以嗎？還是怎么說(shuō)會(huì)好點(diǎn)呢 |
