| 本文采用氣氛液相燒結(jié)技術,以SiO2系玻璃為原料,水玻璃為粘結(jié)劑,使用浸漬提拉的方法,成功的在銅表面制備出了絕緣抗氧化涂層。通過與陶瓷粉復合,改善涂層的性能。對涂層與基底的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)、組成,抗氧化性能和電學特性進行了研究。結(jié)果表明,在其表面制備的玻璃涂層,表面光滑致密,厚度均勻,有效的改善了玻璃與銅表面的潤濕特性,涂層與基底結(jié)合牢固。隨著陶瓷粉含量的增加,改善了玻璃涂層的微觀特性,當陶瓷含量為5%時,涂層的擊穿場強高達250kV/mm,在750℃空氣中氧化處理40h,銅基底無明顯氧化。 |

Through through mixed with ceramic powder, it can improve the performance of coating. Moreover, the coating and substrate were researched in terms of micro-structure, composition, antioxidant activity, and electrical property. Results show that the surface smoothness and compactness and uniform thickness of glass coating can effectively improve the wetting property of glass and copper surface, making a solid bond between coating and substrate. With the increased content of ceramic powder, the microscope property of glass coating will be changed accordingly. As the content of ceramic powder is 5%, the breakdown field strength of coating can reach 250kV/mm, under such condition, the copper substrate remained approximately unoxidized even with oxidation treatment in air at oxidation treatment for 40h. |
