Job Title: R&D Chemist (RTV-1)
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要職責(zé) (including EHSS responsibilities)
1. Design and implementation of lab experiments and stability tests on innovation products in the area of
silicone/STP-E (silane terminated polyether) sealant and adhesive.
2. Independent documentation via lab reports in Mandarin and English.
3. Support of innovation product scale-up in plant on demand.
4. Maintain samples, chemical substances, technical equipment, furniture and operational procedures in lab.
5. Meeting the requirements of IMS/ISO and EHSS standards.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必備條件 (education, language, expertise, functional competences)
Education
1. Master degree or higher.
2. Major in chemistry or chemical engineering, silicone/polyurethane-related preferred.
Knowledge/Requirement
1. Solid theoretical knowledge of chemistry, silicone/polyurethane chemistry preferred.
2. Familiar with construction/electronic sealant and adhesive, especially in silane modified polymer application.
3. Pronounced practical lab skills.
3. Diligence and creativity, quick response to work, efficient time management.
4. Good command of written and spoken English.
5. Solid IT skills (MS Windows, MS Office, MS Outlook).
6. Soft skills: Open-minded, pro-active and communicational personality.
Experience
1 or 2 years of working experience in related industries.
