1、據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)孬F醫(yī)/同行反應(yīng)，2013年（新疆北疆伊犁暴發(fā)PPR之前），新疆南疆多區(qū)縣羊發(fā)生一種較嚴(yán)重新奇肺腸炎性疾�。荒辖�(dāng)?shù)兀ù螅┇F藥銷售部門也反應(yīng)，2013年有很多養(yǎng)羊戶購(gòu)買治療肺腸炎的各種藥。 It was said by the local veterinarians that there were sheep with unusual pneumoenteritis in more counties and regions of south Xinjiang before outbreaks of PPR in Yili region of north Xinjiang in 2013. Many sheep farmers bought various types of drugs to treat pneumoenteritis according to some sales staff from local large veterinary drugs sales departments in south Xinjiang in 2013. 2、肝、脾、淋巴結(jié)、腎等器官實(shí)質(zhì)細(xì)胞廣泛變性、壞死，間質(zhì)中有巨噬細(xì)胞、淋巴細(xì)胞和漿細(xì)胞浸潤(rùn)。 The parenchymal cells of the liver, spleen, lymph nodes and kidney showed widely degeneration and necrosis. Macrophages, lymphocytes and plasmocytes infiltrated in interstitial tissue of the liver, spleen, lymph nodes and kidney. |
