1、據當地獸醫(yī)/同行反應，2013年（新疆北疆伊犁暴發(fā)PPR之前），新疆南疆多區(qū)縣羊發(fā)生一種較嚴重新奇肺腸炎性疾病；南疆當地（大）獸藥銷售部門也反應，2013年有很多養(yǎng)羊戶購買治療肺腸炎的各種藥。 It was said by the local veterinarians that there were sheep with unusual pneumoenteritis in more counties and regions of south Xinjiang before outbreaks of PPR in Yili region of north Xinjiang in 2013. Many sheep farmers bought various types of drugs to treat pneumoenteritis according to some sales staff from local large veterinary drugs sales departments in south Xinjiang in 2013. 2、肝、脾、淋巴結、腎等器官實質細胞廣泛變性、壞死，間質中有巨噬細胞、淋巴細胞和漿細胞浸潤。 The parenchymal cells of the liver, spleen, lymph nodes and kidney showed widely degeneration and necrosis. Macrophages, lymphocytes and plasmocytes infiltrated in interstitial tissue of the liver, spleen, lymph nodes and kidney. |
