A藥具有誘導(dǎo)自噬的作用。近年來對(duì)自噬的研究十分廣泛,在正常的多細(xì)胞生物體中,進(jìn)行正常的能量代謝和生物活動(dòng)時(shí),會(huì)產(chǎn)生一些不必要的老化的細(xì)胞器或者蛋白以及代謝物,自噬在清除這些代謝廢物進(jìn)而回收能量為細(xì)胞正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)所用中發(fā)揮著重要作用,一旦自噬作用受影響,細(xì)胞當(dāng)中一些正常循環(huán)不能有效實(shí)現(xiàn),正如精密調(diào)控的程序出現(xiàn)累積錯(cuò)誤,系統(tǒng)必然出現(xiàn)問題,生物體自發(fā)性腫瘤的幾率就增多。一些研究結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn), 腫瘤發(fā)生與自噬缺陷有關(guān)。 自噬基因Beclin-1為雜合子的小鼠發(fā)生自發(fā)性惡性腫瘤的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)增高; 乳腺癌、 卵巢癌和前列腺癌以及白血病患者Beclin-1等位基因缺失的比例高于健康人。A藥作為中藥中特有的成分,從藥用植物當(dāng)中提取出來,具有一定的抗腫瘤活性,其具體對(duì)于腫瘤細(xì)胞的其它作用卻鮮有研究。為研究A藥在抗腫瘤作用中所發(fā)揮的作用提供了新的靶點(diǎn)和研究方向。 [ Last edited by 前世今生 on 2011-7-26 at 13:25 ] |

| A drug processes an effect of induced autophagy. In recent years, there are a wide rang of researches on the autophagy, in normal multicellular organisms, normal energy metabolism and biological activity will produce some unnecessary and aged organelles, proteins or metabolites. The autophagy plays an important role in cleaning these metabolic wastes for energy recovery and then used for the normal functioning of cells. Some of the normal cell cycles can not be effectively achieved when the autophagy was influenced, just as the precise and regulatory programs occurs cumulative errors, the system will inevitably emerge problems, the probability of spontaneous tumors in organisms will increase. Some studies show that there is a close relation between tumorigenesis and autophagy defects. For instance, if the autophagy gene Beclin-1 of mice is heterozygous, it’s much easier for them to get spontaneous malignant tumor. The loss of Beclin-1 allele for breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer and leukemia patients is higher than healthy people. A drug, which contains specific components of traditional Chinese medicine, is extracted from the medicinal plant with some anti-tumor activity. However, its specific affect to the tumor cells is rarely studied. This provides a new target and research direction for the study of anti-tumor effect of A drug. |

| Drug A has the effect to induce autophagy.Autophagy has drawn great attention in research community in recent years.In the normal multi-cellular organisms,during the process of energy metabolism and biological activities ,there will produce some unnecessary organelles or proteins as well as metabolites and autophagy can play a pivotal role in clearing up such wastes in order to provide energy for the normal cellular functions.And once there is something wrong with the autophagy,some normal cellular processes will fail .Just as that the accumulated errors to a delicately regulated program will result in systematic problems ,the abnormality with autophagy can led to increased likelihood for the spontaneous tumorigenesis.Now,amounting evidence shows that there is close association between autophagy defect and tumorigenesis One study showed that in the heterozygous autophagy gene Beclin-1 mice,the odds of spontaneous malignancies increased and other studies demonstrated that the probability of loss of allelic Beclin-1 is higher in the breast cancer ,ovary cancer ,prostate cancer and leukemia patients than in the otherwise healthy control population.Drug A can be extracted from medicinal herbs and has anti-cancer effects but the specific mechanism for its anti-cancer effects is rarely studied.The autophagy can be a novel target and direction for the study of anti-cancer role of drug A. |
