【求助】關(guān)于NBO分析鍵級
應(yīng)用Gaussian03對化合物進(jìn)行了NBO分析以后,期望從中得到鍵級的信息,現(xiàn)在不知道在輸出文件中具體的哪部分是該信息,請高手賜教。
請問是不是從下面輸出文件矩陣中的對應(yīng)數(shù)字就是鍵級啊,比如說,C2-N14的鍵級是1.6717?
還有就是在輸出文件中有如下信息:
Atom-atom overlap-weighted NAO bond order:
(矩陣)
Atom-atom overlap-weighted NAO bond order, Totals by atom:
(數(shù)列)
MO bond order:
(矩陣)
這些不同的鍵級都是從什么角度考慮的,又是怎么計算出來的?
請問這些又都是些什么信息啊,文章中要討論的“鍵級”到底應(yīng)該怎么從輸出文件中讀?
現(xiàn)在有點糊涂,邊上又沒有課題問的人,現(xiàn)在請大家?guī)兔Υ鹨梢幌隆?br />

是不是在計算細(xì)節(jié)部分給出( Wiberg bond index),就可以在后面的討論部分用下圖給出的數(shù)值討論鍵級?

但好像算不了。計算的是硼的三聚體。你知道是什么原因嗎?(這個結(jié)構(gòu)是優(yōu)化后的結(jié)果)

你的命令行應(yīng)該沒有問題,可能是分子結(jié)構(gòu)有問題,或者是計算出來的軌道有問題,我也不是太清楚,等高手答疑吧。
C2-N14的鍵級是1.6717
