近些年來,我國輸電網(wǎng)絡(luò)規(guī)模越來越大,結(jié)構(gòu)也越來越復(fù)雜,而在全球范圍內(nèi)由潮流轉(zhuǎn)移引起的電力系統(tǒng)大停電事故頻頻發(fā)生。由于故障等因素,某些承擔(dān)重要負(fù)荷關(guān)鍵線路一旦被切除,隨之引起的潮流轉(zhuǎn)移與后備保護不合理動作的連鎖反應(yīng),極有可能引發(fā)系統(tǒng)的連鎖跳閘,繼而導(dǎo)致大停電事故,給社會和經(jīng)濟帶來難以估量的損失。針對潮流轉(zhuǎn)移識別線路自適應(yīng)后備保護,不僅站在電網(wǎng)整體的視角上對易受潮流轉(zhuǎn)移影響的關(guān)鍵線路有效識別,還站在繼電保護設(shè)計的視角對線路過負(fù)荷有效識別并提高后備保護的抗過渡電阻能力。因此本課題研究對預(yù)防大停電事故和相關(guān)保護裝置可靠性有重要現(xiàn)實意義。 這個是我翻譯的: In recent years, the scale of transmission network in our country is more and more big, the structure is more complex, and worldwide by flow transfer blackouts in power system caused by the frequent occurrence of. Due to the fault and other factors, some bear important critical load line once removed and consequent transfer power flow and the backup protection, unreasonable action chain reaction, cascading trips may lead to system, and then lead to blackouts, bring inestimable loss to the social and economic. According to power flow transfer identification adaptive line backup protection, not only stand in the perspective of the whole grid for effective identification of susceptible to influence the flow transfer the key line, standing in the perspective of the design of relay protection on the line over load to effectively identify and improve the backup protection against transient resistance. Therefore, this research has important practical significance to prevent blackouts and related protection device reliability. |

Due to some fault factors, some critical lines which undertake important loads are cut, it will cause negative chain reactions such as power flow transferring and improper operation of backup protection, which will probably cause system cascading trips. thus leading to large-scale blackouts and bringing inestimable loss of socio-economy. Regarding adaptive backup protection for identification line of power flow transfer, it is suggested not only to effectively identify the critical lines that are vulnerable to power flow transferring in the perspective of overall power grid, but also to effectively identify the overload and increase the resistance capacity of backup protection to transition resistance in the perspective of protective relay design. Therefore, this research is of vital significance to the prevention of large-scale blackouts and to improvement of reliability of backup protection. |
