近些年來,我國輸電網絡規(guī)模越來越大,結構也越來越復雜,而在全球范圍內由潮流轉移引起的電力系統(tǒng)大停電事故頻頻發(fā)生。由于故障等因素,某些承擔重要負荷關鍵線路一旦被切除,隨之引起的潮流轉移與后備保護不合理動作的連鎖反應,極有可能引發(fā)系統(tǒng)的連鎖跳閘,繼而導致大停電事故,給社會和經濟帶來難以估量的損失。針對潮流轉移識別線路自適應后備保護,不僅站在電網整體的視角上對易受潮流轉移影響的關鍵線路有效識別,還站在繼電保護設計的視角對線路過負荷有效識別并提高后備保護的抗過渡電阻能力。因此本課題研究對預防大停電事故和相關保護裝置可靠性有重要現(xiàn)實意義。 這個是我翻譯的: In recent years, the scale of transmission network in our country is more and more big, the structure is more complex, and worldwide by flow transfer blackouts in power system caused by the frequent occurrence of. Therefore, this research has important practical significance to prevent blackouts and related protection device reliability. |
