| 近些年,稀土摻雜的納米晶體的近紅外到可見上轉換發(fā)光成為了重要的科學熱點,主要是由于它在生物熒光、激光器、太陽能電池和三維固體彩色顯示器等方面有很大的潛在應用。而利用貴金屬的表面等離子體共振與稀土上轉換材料耦合實現上轉換發(fā)光的增效是一種非常有效的手段。我們通過特殊的方法合成貴金屬-稀土納米材料的復合結構。在合成材料的過程中控制反應溫度,顆粒尺寸的大小,以及反應時間的變化來提高貴金屬的場增強效應,增強金屬納米粒子的尺寸以增加散射與吸收比,調控 LSPR 的位置與激發(fā)場相匹配,降低激發(fā)功率密度以抑制飽和效應與局域熱效應,對獲得高倍的 UCL 增強都十分重要。 |

| 5) Recently, there has been many research activities in the field of NIR to visible light upper-conversion using rare earth doped nanocrystals. This is mainly because its huge application potential in biofluorescence, laser devices, solar cells and 3-D colored display, etc. The combination of noble metal surface Plasmon resonance coupled with rare earth upper-conversion material is a very effective method to enhance the efficiency of light emission by upper-conversion. We synthesized the compound structure of noble metal-rare earth nano materials through a unique method. We found that it is important to control the reaction temperature, particle size, and reaction time to improve the field enhancement effect of noble metal. We also found that increased sizes of metal nanoparticles led to increased ratio between scattering and absorption. One can carefully adjust the location (or position) of LSPR in order to match it with excitation field. By lowing (or reducing) the power density of the excitation light , we can suppress the saturation effect and local heat effect. All these variables are crucial to achieve a significant enhancement of UCL. |
