Product Manager/ Product Specialist 產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理/產(chǎn)品專員 High-end Material Sciences Instrumentation and Application Service Provider is looking for a high caliber candidate whom desires a career from academia to industry, is eager to combines an area of research and application, with a business perspective to bring a success to his/her career development and the company. The candidate must be well-trained in material sciences related disciplines with a master degree, is equipped with critical thinking that able to troubleshoot problems systematically and to make a logical story out of complex relationships between technology instrumentation and applications. Hands-on experiences on surface analysis/ TEM operation and demonstration is preferable. Successful candidate will be offered attractive salary package correlated with business performance growth. Primary Tasks: • Conduct demonstrations on specified equipment and provide technical expertise in pre- and post-sales activities 對(duì)于所負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品提供售前售后技術(shù)支持 • Identify potential customers for sales based on application interests 基于應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域?yàn)殇N售篩選潛在客戶 • Develop customer’s interests by applications and understanding of customer’s needs 前期調(diào)研及溝通交流中發(fā)現(xiàn)并激發(fā)客戶的潛在應(yīng)用需求 • Able to provide sales arguments based on the understanding of the instrumentation and applications as well as competition. 針對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)特點(diǎn)及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手產(chǎn)品技術(shù)特點(diǎn)，為銷售提供競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略 • Work with service support teams to ensure applications are functioning correctly in the hands of customers and troubleshoot application related problems 協(xié)同售后工程師解決已有用戶的使用問(wèn)題 • Should be able to deliver presentations effectively at customer sites and conferences 能夠在客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)做產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用報(bào)告 • Be responsible for giving training to internal sales staff and customers. 需要為銷售及客戶做產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)介紹 • Location: Beijing 工作地點(diǎn)：北京 Job Requirements : • Master Degree in Material Sciences or Physics or Chemistry or related field in a reputable university. 具有材料科學(xué)/物理/化學(xué)及其相關(guān)專業(yè)的碩士學(xué)位 • The person who has the Electronic Microscopy experiences has the high priority to be considered 優(yōu)先考慮具有TEM電鏡操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的應(yīng)聘者 • Must be technically competent and have good people skills to work with a variety of diverse scientists/customers and sales and product manager to effectively help the sales progress by equipment understanding. 擅長(zhǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)配合，擅長(zhǎng)溝通交流；在對(duì)所負(fù)責(zé)產(chǎn)品充分理解的基礎(chǔ)上，協(xié)助銷售做好產(chǎn)品技術(shù)支持工作 • Approximately 50% travel requirement 能夠承受半數(shù)時(shí)間出差安排 • Strong analytical skills, including instrumental methods of analysis, strong problem solving skills, strong written and communication skills, and ability to work independently. 具備高水平解決問(wèn)題能力，包括產(chǎn)品分析能力，市場(chǎng)分析能力，寫作交流能力，以及獨(dú)立工作能力。 • Good at English speaking, written and listening ability.
