| Bin Chen這么處理是有些令人費解，下次當面問問他，呵呵。沒有給出（足夠）有說服力的退稿理由，就是讓改投另外一個刊，真是醉了。如果審稿意見就是你帖出來的這么positive 的話。但是換句話來說，他既然這么說了，你申訴也沒有多少用，這就是江湖，編輯說了算。估計這刊比較牛，不差稿吧 |
