怎么挽救被拒文章，戰(zhàn)勝學(xué)霸的刁難？ 已有1人參與

各位蟲友， 大家好！ 自去年11月底我投了一篇自己的很滿意的文章，創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)很強(qiáng)，是關(guān)于電子廢棄物的回收處理的文章。修改好后投到了Environmental Science & Technology ，1月余后被拒，3個(gè)審稿人的意見： Reviewer1： Most contents in this manuscript has been reported in the published paper by the same authors. Rate the overall importance：3 Rate the originality/novelty：4 Rate the technical quality：4 Rate the clarity：5 Reviewer 2：Dear authors, you have make a great work with this paper but I think the last reference of the manuscript (other of your papers) shows the same information that you try to publish in this journal. For this reason I must to ask the editor to reject the paper. Rate the overall importance: 8 Rate the originality/novelty: 9 Rate the technical quality: 8 Rate the clarity: 8 Reviewer: 3 Dear Authour's, The manusript is quite interesting becuase the problem which you have addressed is one of the most important environmental problem. I appreciate your efforts for one step separation method to get the valuable material from the WPCB's. The results of GC-MS and FTIR are well described and correlated in a systematic manner. So, I recommend that the paper may be accepted without any revision. Rate the overall importance：9 Rate the originality/novelty：10 Rate the technical quality：9 Rate the clarity：10 結(jié)果，編輯拒稿。大家看第一個(gè)人是不是很沒有禮貌？是不是有失公正的評(píng)價(jià)我們的研究工作？其實(shí)我們?cè)谕哆@篇論文之前是發(fā)表了一篇在hazardous materials上面，但是不像審稿人1和2所說(shuō)的有些類似的東西，而是對(duì)上一個(gè)工作有突破性的進(jìn)展。 于是，我又投了hazardous materials，又被拒。請(qǐng)看審稿意見： Reviewer #1: Using vacuum pyrolysis-centrifugation coupling technology to recycle organic materials and solder from waste printed circuit boards was a novel method, so the manuscript should be published. But the contents should be concise, especially for page 6 and 8. For example, the sentence, "What is the reason for this phenomenon?" at page 6, should be deleted. The contents of page 8 repeated the table 3. Reviewer #2: This paper attempts to describe the performance of a coupled vacuum pyrolysis centrifugation (VPC) system to recover materials from waste printed circuit board. This paper is not currently suited for publication......... 我敢肯定，這個(gè)第二個(gè)審稿人是中國(guó)人，包括前一次審稿的家伙，應(yīng)該是同一個(gè)人，是我們這個(gè)領(lǐng)域以前發(fā)文章發(fā)的較多的那個(gè)人，對(duì)我們進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制打壓，后面提的問題無(wú)中生有，說(shuō)了上千字，不知所云。。。。 大家?guī)兔υu(píng)評(píng)理，真的難以接受，有的中國(guó)人為什么心胸狹窄，，，請(qǐng)大家?guī)兔ㄗh怎么寫申訴意見，請(qǐng)大家提供模板，謝謝了。。。。 |

我的建議和樓上的一樣，沒有必要再花精力去追究審稿人的人品和國(guó)籍問題了，這個(gè)只會(huì)給自己添堵 現(xiàn)在的問題是你的新的文章被審稿人認(rèn)為是和以前的文章類似。 這個(gè)有幾點(diǎn)可能： 1.你的文章在創(chuàng)新和主旨方面表述不清，給人以炒冷飯的誤解 2.你的文章在以前基礎(chǔ)上的創(chuàng)新沒有達(dá)到雜志的要求 3.審稿人和編輯的理解出現(xiàn)偏差和失誤 在我看來(lái)，3的可能性相反是最小的，因?yàn)榫退銓徃迦藥в兄饔^情緒對(duì)你進(jìn)行判斷，但是編輯卻也站在他的角度，而且這個(gè)支持還是支持少部分意見（多數(shù)是正面意見），因此，我更相信編輯是認(rèn)可那個(gè)負(fù)面審稿意見的，而且這個(gè)認(rèn)可是有道理的，也就是說(shuō)，你文章的主觀問題確實(shí)存在，也就是我說(shuō)的1和2的可能。此外，危險(xiǎn)材料也是同樣的結(jié)果，而且你以前還發(fā)過(guò)這個(gè)期刊，更能說(shuō)明編輯并不認(rèn)可你在原基礎(chǔ)上的創(chuàng)新。所以我建議樓主還是從文章本身找問題，好好修改一下。有時(shí)候第一篇文章出來(lái)并不意味著同一系列第二篇文章也很容易發(fā)表，因?yàn)閯?chuàng)新這種東西，從無(wú)到有很難，但是從有到精、深卻更難。 [ Last edited by cxksama on 2010-3-19 at 23:54 ] |
