【求助】關于QHA模塊的使用 已有4人參與

以AlAs為例,想請教一下具體計算不同溫度的熱力學性質(zhì)怎么實現(xiàn)。 以下是espresso-4.2中給出的用QHA計算alas例子中的Edit_Me文件 ############################################################################## # Optional parameters, any information specific for the system studied # SysInfo='AlAs' # Mandatory parameters # Specify SystemName and Force Constants matrix Sysname='AlAs' FC_file='alas444.fc' # # Specify lattice type (used to create ttrinp file). (1)先構(gòu)建alas.scf.in文件,進行pw.x的自洽計算; (2)構(gòu)建alas.ph.in,根據(jù)(1)的相關輸出進行ph.x計算,得到力常數(shù)和動力學矩陣; (3)用QHA計算,但這里QHA計算的in文件的寫法是怎樣的呢?我的理解是如下的,但不知對否(里面的EOF和cat > Temperature < alas.qha.in文件 SysInfo='AlAs' Sysname='AlAs' FC_file='alas444.fc' ibrav=2 atoms="Al As " mass="26.98 74.922 " delta_e=0.75 cat >matdyn.init < amass(1)=26.98, amass(2)=74.922, asr='crystal', flfrc=$FC_file, flfrq='frequency' &end EOF cat > Temperature < EOF cat >T_Debye.in < 0.0001 3 15 3 500 10 EOF |
