這個(gè)是不能自己設(shè)置的,軟件根據(jù)你的實(shí)際情況自動(dòng)判別 生成腳本。 這個(gè)問題你沒必要去深究,分開和在一起是完全一樣的,如果你要找某一個(gè)原子的話可以通過讀原子坐標(biāo)的方法確定,更簡(jiǎn)單的辦法是在 Atomic Maipulator 里面改變某一個(gè)原子(比如把C換成B),然后 show 一下,你改變的原子就會(huì)變色,一般大小也會(huì)變化,以此確定某一個(gè)原子。 |
