【求助】siesta中transiesta模塊的收斂問題 已有3人參與

最近在做transieta的計(jì)算,發(fā)現(xiàn)收斂困難,看maillist里主要考慮增加屏蔽層和設(shè)置TS.UpdateDMCROnly,我在設(shè)置TS.UpdateDMCROnly時(shí),一直不明白這個(gè)東西到底是作用在整個(gè)散射區(qū)還是僅僅與電極結(jié)構(gòu)相重復(fù)的散射區(qū)中左右單元的過度層?這個(gè)coupling terms該怎么理解? 還有期中有個(gè)人提到TS.UpdateDMCROnly + extra elec layers,又該怎么理解,是說對外電極設(shè)置這個(gè)參數(shù)么? 我用3層Al電極做左右屏蔽層,TS.UpdateDMCROnly設(shè)置為 T了,還是收斂非差差。近300步才收斂。也不知道哪里問題哦。我的輸入?yún)?shù)如下,請大家指教: NumberOfSpecies 3 NumberOfAtoms 287 %block ChemicalSpeciesLabel 1 6 C 2 7 N 3 13 Al %endblock ChemicalSpeciesLabel PAO.EnergyShift 200 meV PAO.BasisType split PAO.BasisType split PAO.BasisSize DZP LatticeConstant 1.0 Ang %block LatticeVectors 16.19832 0.00000000 0.00000000 0.00000000 16.19832 0.00000000 0.00000000 0.00000000 26.80535368 %endblock LatticeVectors #kgrid_cutoff 20. 這個(gè)收斂參數(shù)沒有問題,200meV。 MeshCutoff=150.Ry 你在看一下其他參數(shù)。 還有可能就是體系的問題,同樣結(jié)構(gòu)的BN比Graphene就會(huì)要難收斂好多,體系完全一樣,把原子替換成BN之后 計(jì)算量是Graphene的好幾倍 |
