【求助】程序出錯 已有3人參與
昨天用一臺四核的pc,安裝的是RHE 4.0的系統(tǒng) 安裝了intel 11.1的編譯器,用mpich2-1.2.1p1完成了對siesta-3.0-rc1的編譯,使用任務完成了對anatase的晶格優(yōu)化,優(yōu)化結果很好。想進一步完成對anatase 101面的結構優(yōu)化,可這時候問題出現(xiàn)了,提交任務后,所有任務都是死進程,半天沒有反應,CPU,內(nèi)存占用率都為零。
望各位高手能幫幫我。
