摘 要 以2-芳基嗎啉為先導(dǎo)化合物，利用外消旋化合物2-氨基丙醇與α-溴-芳基烷基酮反應(yīng)，合成了嗎啉環(huán)上3,5位含二甲基的新型2-芳基嗎啉類(lèi)化合物3,5-二甲基-2-芳基嗎啉，經(jīng)干燥氯化氫酸化后得到其鹽酸鹽，總收率為63.7%，這在國(guó)內(nèi)外從未見(jiàn)有過(guò)報(bào)道,本合成路線反應(yīng)條件不苛刻，副反應(yīng)少，反應(yīng)溶劑可回收利用等特點(diǎn)，目標(biāo)化合物結(jié)構(gòu)也已經(jīng)質(zhì)譜和核磁測(cè)試技術(shù)確證。 麻煩蟲(chóng)友兄弟們幫忙翻譯一下，在此謝過(guò)，祝各位蟲(chóng)友家庭幸福，工作順利。。 |

Abstract 3,5 - dimethyl -2 - aryl morpholine,as the new kind of 2-Arylmorpholine compounds containing 3,5-dimethyl in Morpholine ring ,was synthesized by racemic compound 2-amino-propanol ,α-bromo - aryl alkyl ketones and 2 - Arylmorpholine as Lead compound.Then its hydrochloride salt was obtained by acidification by dry hydrogen chloride ,the overall yield was 63.7%.This has never been reported at home and abroad , the synthetic reaction condition is not harsh with few side effects, recyclable solvent characteristics such as .The structure of the target compound has been confirmed by MS and NMR . |
