| 當(dāng)基因缺失或敲除時(shí)可抑制酸誘導(dǎo)的神經(jīng)元損傷，但轉(zhuǎn)染該基因后又可重建其敏感性.已有研究表明，在未受損的動(dòng)物腦組織中，僅僅降低PH值至6.5或缺血并不會(huì)引起損傷，但當(dāng)缺血合并酸中毒時(shí)，卻可顯著增強(qiáng)毒性作用，導(dǎo)致明顯的腦損傷 |

| Gene deletion and gene knock-out can restrain acid-induced neuronal injury. The transfection of the gene would, however, rebuild its sensitivity. Studies have shown that in animals' brain tissues ,which are free of damage, reduction of the PH value to 6.5 or the ischemia will not cause injury. But ischemia and acid, when combined together, would cause intoxication and greatly increase toxic effects , which will result in obvious brain damage. |
