檢出限的特殊意義在于可以對一個給定的分析方法在低濃度水平的檢測能力進行準確地評估。半個世紀以來,人們在概念上都較為統(tǒng)一的接受了有關檢出限的定義,但在如何正確或更準確地估算檢出限的問題上,國際分析界一直存有爭議。經(jīng)檢索,各大國際組織根據(jù)各自專業(yè)領域的實際情況,對檢出限、測定限(定量限)、檢測限等都作了相應的定義與規(guī)定,但都不完全相同。 在方法檢出限的問題上,其基本概念也是一致的。即:方法檢出限是指一個給定的分析方法,能以可靠的合理的置信水平檢出被測元素的最小濃度或量。分歧是在方法檢出限如何直接進行測量和計算上,目前尚無統(tǒng)一規(guī)定。而我們現(xiàn)在對于一個給定的分析方法已經(jīng)能給出其不確定度預估值,因此,反過來,一旦給定一個合理的置信水平,我們就可以利用這一不確定度預估值的計算模型來找出該方法的檢出限。如當我們把定量檢出限定為30%的允差(95%置信度)時,我們可以利用不確定度連續(xù)傳遞模型來計算不同y值時的x值和dx值,取擴展因子2,然后找到其相對差為30%的點。以往之所以有分歧,就在于無法在校準曲線擬合時將不確定度進行合理有效的傳遞。 |

We have been able to give uncertainty estimated value for a given method, therefore, in turn, once a confidence reasonable level is given , we can use this calculation model of the uncertainty estimated value to find the detection limit. For example, when we limit the quantification detection to 30% tolerance (95% confidence level), we can use the uncertainty continuous transfer model to calculate the x and dx values with different values of y, and take extended factor of 2, then find the point of the relative difference of 30% .
