|
檢出限的特殊意義在于可以對(duì)一個(gè)給定的分析方法在低濃度水平的檢測(cè)能力進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確地評(píng)估。半個(gè)世紀(jì)以來，人們?cè)诟拍钌隙驾^為統(tǒng)一的接受了有關(guān)檢出限的定義，但在如何正確或更準(zhǔn)確地估算檢出限的問題上，國(guó)際分析界一直存有爭(zhēng)議。經(jīng)檢索，各大國(guó)際組織根據(jù)各自專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的實(shí)際情況，對(duì)檢出限、測(cè)定限（定量限）、檢測(cè)限等都作了相應(yīng)的定義與規(guī)定，但都不完全相同。 在方法檢出限的問題上，其基本概念也是一致的。即：方法檢出限是指一個(gè)給定的分析方法，能以可靠的合理的置信水平檢出被測(cè)元素的最小濃度或量。分歧是在方法檢出限如何直接進(jìn)行測(cè)量和計(jì)算上，目前尚無統(tǒng)一規(guī)定。而我們現(xiàn)在對(duì)于一個(gè)給定的分析方法已經(jīng)能給出其不確定度預(yù)估值，因此，反過來，一旦給定一個(gè)合理的置信水平，我們就可以利用這一不確定度預(yù)估值的計(jì)算模型來找出該方法的檢出限。如當(dāng)我們把定量檢出限定為30%的允差（95%置信度）時(shí)，我們可以利用不確定度連續(xù)傳遞模型來計(jì)算不同y值時(shí)的x值和dx值，取擴(kuò)展因子2，然后找到其相對(duì)差為30%的點(diǎn)。以往之所以有分歧，就在于無法在校準(zhǔn)曲線擬合時(shí)將不確定度進(jìn)行合理有效的傳遞。 |

| In the question of the detection limit , the basic concept is consistent. Namely: the detection limit is a given analysis, which can detect the minimum concentration or content of the measured elements in a reasonable and confident level . Differences occur in how to measure and calculate directly by the detection limit , there is no unified regulations at the present time. |
