新手求助：是不是沒有送外審？ 已有1人參與

6月3號投稿，6月8號以后的狀態(tài)都是with associate editor-under review，9月5號通過投稿系統(tǒng)send-email催問了一下，回復內容如下： Thank you for inquiring about the status of your manuscript. After checking the records, I can confirm that currently, your paper ****, is still with the Associate Editor and reviewers are yet to be invited. The editor handling your paper will contact you as soon as the peer review process has been completed. Meanwhile, I would like to inform you that although the journal aims to communicate decisions to authors as soon as possible, the actual time lag for a submission varies due to a number of factors, including the responsiveness and availability of the reviewers. Should you have further concerns, please feel free to notify me. With kind regards, Springer JEO Assistant 9月9號投稿狀態(tài)變成了Submissions Needing Revision，Minor Revision，收到的修改郵件如下，是不是初稿沒有送外審啊？通常情況下不是會有3-4個審稿人的具體審稿意見嗎？怎么這篇稿子沒有這樣的具體修改意見呢？修改稿提交后是不是才送外審啊？請高手幫忙分析一下，謝謝 I have received the reviews for your manuscript, "****", which you submitted to ****.
