新手求助：是不是沒有送外審？ 已有1人參與

6月3號投稿，6月8號以后的狀態(tài)都是with associate editor-under review，9月5號通過投稿系統(tǒng)send-email催問了一下，回復(fù)內(nèi)容如下： Thank you for inquiring about the status of your manuscript.
