儲(chǔ)存能是再結(jié)晶的驅(qū)動(dòng)力,隨著再結(jié)晶的進(jìn)行,儲(chǔ)存能逐漸釋放并消耗。圖 5給出了不同真應(yīng)變下再結(jié)晶過(guò)程中儲(chǔ)存能隨時(shí)間的變化情況。由圖可見(jiàn),隨著時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),儲(chǔ)存能值逐漸減小,且形變量越大,儲(chǔ)存能就越高,再結(jié)晶驅(qū)動(dòng)力就越大,完成再結(jié)晶所需要的時(shí)間就越短。儲(chǔ)存能減小到0的時(shí)刻,即對(duì)應(yīng)著變形組織完全被消耗的時(shí)刻,即再結(jié)晶完成的時(shí)刻。 翻譯: As the driving force for recrystallization, the stored energy was gradually released and consumed during the recrystallization process. Fig.5 shows the stored energy decreases with time during recrystallization under different true strain. The figure illustrates the stored energy gradually decreases with time, and the greater the true strain is, the higher the stored energy is, the greater the driving force of recrystallization is and the shorter the time of completely recrystallization is. The time when the stored energy reduced to 0, which corresponds to the deformation structure was completely consumed in the moment, namely completely recrystallization. |
