以下是審稿意見,各位給鑒定一下吧 Reviewer #1: 1) The paper studies the "Constitutive analysis to elevated temperature flow stress in Ti-6Al-4V alloy" Overall, the paper is not well introduction & discussion. But the date of Ti base materials is is worth publication. 2) The paper should be clear explain to the microstructure of 3) The authors mentioned that " ..in Fig.7. It could be seen that predicted flow stress values from the developed constitutive equation could track the experimental flow stress throughout the entire strain rate range (particularly at the temperature of 1000 and 1050?). Only in some deformation conditions (i.e. at 800? in 1s-1, 900? in 0.001s-1 and at 950? in 1s-1), a remarkable variation between experimental and computed flow stress data could be observed ", why is "the good prediction capabilities of the developed constitutive equation considering strain compensation." , Please explain the reason in more detail. How the authors reach to the conclusion? 4) The authors mentioned that " effect of strain on the material constants (i.e. ??, n, Q and lnA).. " Please explain a degree of effect factor and the reason in more detail? Reviewer #2: In this manuscript, studies on the constitutive analysis to elevated temperature flow stress in Ti-6Al-4V alloy are reported. It's very important to study the theoretical simulation about this alloy. Some interesting results were obtained. However, I recommend the authors correct or show some opinions for the following points. 1. In P1L23, the preterite should be selected firstly. e.g., "The importance of this alloy is testified from the fact..", It should be "The importance of this alloy was testified from the fact..". There are many errors in the same. Please check all the paper carefully. 2. Minor errors, such as "It is usually assumed that influence of strain on flow stress...." should be "It is usually assumed that the influence of strain on flow stress.." ; Please check all the paper. 3. Please explain why the experimental data is higher than the simulated data in the temperature of 800,850,900?. 4. I suggest the authors should revise the title which can not match the whole content. |
