中文意思： 以厚樸酚、和厚樸酚為檢測指標(biāo)，采用HPLC法測定含量。通過正交試驗(yàn)法優(yōu)選出木香、砂仁、陳皮、豆蔻、廣藿香五味藥材揮發(fā)油的最佳提取工藝：10倍量水，浸泡2小時，水蒸汽蒸餾提取7小時。白術(shù)、茯苓、半夏(制) 、香附(醋制) 、大棗、枳實(shí)(炒) 、厚樸(姜制) 、甘草 、生姜按遞減方式分別加入80％的乙醇10、8、6倍量，確定最佳醇提工藝：80%乙醇回流提取2次，第一次加入10倍量，提取2小時，第二次加入8倍量，提取1小時。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明該法適合大生產(chǎn)。 以下是不恰當(dāng)?shù)闹形�，請前輩幫忙修�?br /> The HPLC method was used to determine the contents of magnolol and honokiol in Xiangshayangwei soft capsule. The orthogonal testing method was applied in the optimization of the extraction process of essential oil in radix aucklandiae, fructus amomi, pericarpium citri reticulatae, fructus amomi rotundus and herba pogostemonis: 10 times the amount of water, soak 2 hours, 7 hours of steam distillation. Atractylodes, Poria, Pinellia (system), Cyperus rotundus (vinegar), Jujube, Citrus aurantium (fried), Magnolia officinalis (ginger), Licorice, Ginger are added 10, 8, 6 times the volume of 80% ethyl alcohol by descending, to determine the optimal extraction: 80% ethyl alcohol extract 2 times, first time, adding 10 times the amount of extraction for 2 hours, the second time, adding 8 times the amount of extraction for 1 hour. Experimental results show that the method is suitable for mass production. |

大致改了一下 The HPLC method was used to determine the contents of magnolol and honokiol in Xiangshayangwei soft capsules. The orthogonal testing method was utilized for optimizing the extraction process of essential oil in radix aucklandiae, fructus amomi, pericarpium citri reticulatae, fructus amomi rotundus and herba pogostemonis. Such optimized process is to soak xxx in water with a volume that is 10 times more than xxx for 2 hours, then to distill xxx for 7 hours by steam. Atractylodes, Poria, Pinellia (system), Cyperus rotundus (vinegar), Jujube, Citrus aurantium (fried), Magnolia officinalis (ginger), Licorice, Ginger were added in the way that they are 10, 8, and 6 times the volume of 80% ethyl alcohol, in order to determine the optimal extraction technique. That is to add xxx. Experimental results showed that this method is applicable for large-scale manufacturing. |
