中文意思: 以厚樸酚、和厚樸酚為檢測指標,采用HPLC法測定含量。通過正交試驗法優(yōu)選出木香、砂仁、陳皮、豆蔻、廣藿香五味藥材揮發(fā)油的最佳提取工藝:10倍量水,浸泡2小時,水蒸汽蒸餾提取7小時。白術、茯苓、半夏(制) 、香附(醋制) 、大棗、枳實(炒) 、厚樸(姜制) 、甘草 、生姜按遞減方式分別加入80%的乙醇10、8、6倍量,確定最佳醇提工藝:80%乙醇回流提取2次,第一次加入10倍量,提取2小時,第二次加入8倍量,提取1小時。試驗結果表明該法適合大生產。 以下是不恰當的中文,請前輩幫忙修正 The HPLC method was used to determine the contents of magnolol and honokiol in Xiangshayangwei soft capsule. The orthogonal testing method was applied in the optimization of the extraction process of essential oil in radix aucklandiae, fructus amomi, pericarpium citri reticulatae, fructus amomi rotundus and herba pogostemonis: 10 times the amount of water, soak 2 hours, 7 hours of steam distillation. Atractylodes, Poria, Pinellia (system), Cyperus rotundus (vinegar), Jujube, Citrus aurantium (fried), Magnolia officinalis (ginger), Licorice, Ginger are added 10, 8, 6 times the volume of 80% ethyl alcohol by descending, to determine the optimal extraction: 80% ethyl alcohol extract 2 times, first time, adding 10 times the amount of extraction for 2 hours, the second time, adding 8 times the amount of extraction for 1 hour.
