由于加氫異構催化劑的活性組分為貴金屬,載體為弱酸性的分子篩,當原料油中硫含量偏高時易使加氫異構催化劑的活性金屬中毒,降低催化劑加氫/脫氫能力,當原料油中氮含量偏高時易使加氫異構催化劑的酸性中心中毒,降低催化劑酸性。 Becouse of the active composition of hydroisomerization catalysts is noble metal,carrier is weak acid zeolite,when the sulfur content of feedstock is too high,it will poison the active mental, so the ability of hydrogenation / dehydrogenation of the catalyst will be reduced,and when the nitrogen content is too high,it will poison the acid center,the acid of the catalyst will be reduced. |
