RT,如個(gè)別詞匯屬于專(zhuān)業(yè)范疇,不好翻譯的話請(qǐng)留言,我會(huì)提供的,謝謝啦,最近實(shí)在太忙了。 金剛石樹(shù)脂基砂輪是以金剛石為磨料,以樹(shù)脂為結(jié)合劑,加入適當(dāng)?shù)奶畛洳牧,通過(guò)配制、混合、熱壓成型、固化、機(jī)械加工等工藝過(guò)程制成的具有一定剛性的磨削工具。其具有制造工藝簡(jiǎn)單,成本低,砂輪易修整等優(yōu)點(diǎn),而且樹(shù)脂基磨具具有一定的彈性,有利于改善工件表面的粗糙度,被廣泛應(yīng)用于陶瓷、玻璃、硬質(zhì)合金等硬脆材料的磨削加工中。但由于金剛石的化學(xué)穩(wěn)定性極好,在常溫下,金剛石對(duì)酸、堿、鹽等化學(xué)試劑都表現(xiàn)為惰性。因此,樹(shù)脂與金剛石顆粒之間的結(jié)合性能不理想。目前常用的處理方法如鍍銅、鍍鎳等雖然能改善樹(shù)脂與金剛石顆粒之間的浸潤(rùn)性,但多是機(jī)械嵌合,難以形成化學(xué)鍵的結(jié)合,還會(huì)影響金剛石磨粒的自銳性;而且關(guān)于偶聯(lián)劑處理金剛石磨料的文獻(xiàn)所見(jiàn)較少,文獻(xiàn)中所采用的處理方法均為單獨(dú)使用偶聯(lián)劑處理,未對(duì)金剛石進(jìn)行預(yù)處理,處理工藝雜亂,改性效果不穩(wěn)定,對(duì)砂輪的性能提升不明顯。 本文中采用NaOH溶液對(duì)金剛石磨料進(jìn)行了預(yù)處理,然后用硅烷偶聯(lián)劑進(jìn)行表面改性,通過(guò)FTIR,潤(rùn)濕性,沖擊強(qiáng)度,磨削性能等對(duì)處理效果進(jìn)行表征,發(fā)現(xiàn)經(jīng)過(guò)處理后,金剛石表面的化學(xué)成分發(fā)生改變,羥基吸收峰的強(qiáng)度減;金剛石的潤(rùn)濕性也發(fā)生了變化,由親水變?yōu)槭杷,最明顯的是為了減小與水的接觸面積,經(jīng)過(guò)處理的金剛石在水面上由分散狀態(tài)變?yōu)榫蹟n狀態(tài);通過(guò)對(duì)樹(shù)脂樣條沖擊強(qiáng)度和洛氏硬度的測(cè)試發(fā)現(xiàn),處理后的金剛石對(duì)樹(shù)脂基體的沖擊強(qiáng)度有增強(qiáng)作用,但洛氏硬度無(wú)明顯變化。 |

Resin bond diamond grinding wheel was a rigid grinding tool, which was prepared with diamond as abrasive, resin as anchoring agent and proper filled material by a series of technical process including mix design, blending, hot compression moulding, curing and mechanical processing. The grinding wheel had advantages such as simple technology, low cost and easy to repire. Resin bond grinding tools had a certain resilience, which was in favor of improving the surface roughness of the workpiece, and was widely used in the grinding processing of hard and fragile materials, such as ceramics, glass and cemented carbide. But diamond was inert to chemical reagent such as acid, base and salt because of its excellent chemical stability at normal temperature, which resulted in the dissatisfactory bonding property between diamond and resin. At present though the normal treatment such as copperplating and nickelplating could improve the wetting quality between resin and diamond, it was mechanical chimeric and hard to form chemical bond, which would affect the self-sharpening performance of diamond grain. Now literatures on treating diamond grain with coupling agent were few, and the treatments adopted were singlely using coupling agent without the pretreatment of diamond. These processings had disadvantage such as unorderly treatment processing, unstable modification effect and unconspicuous performance improvement of grinding wheel. In this paper, the diamond grain was pretreated with NaOH salution and modified the surface with silane coupling agent. The treating effect was characterized by Fourier Transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), wetting quality, impact strength and grinding performance. The results showed that the surface chemical composition of diamond was changed and absorption intensity of hydroxyl was decreased. The wetting quality of diamond was changed to hydrophobicity instead of hydrophilicity and the most obvious change was that the treated diamond kept together on the surface of the water instead of separateness to reduce the contact area with water. The impact strength and Rockwell hardness of resin strip were also studied.
