| 聚乙二醇在藥物合成上有很廣泛的用途,但其端羥基的活性相對較低,直接應用受到限制,若把羥基活化為羧基則可以擴大其應用面,尤其在合成二聚物時,把疏水鏈換成親水的聚乙二醇二丁二酸脂鏈,以增加橋鏈的親水性。以聚乙二醇、丁二酸酐為反應物,吡啶為溶劑,分別合成聚乙二醇二丁二酸酯。結果顯示:在反應時間充足時反應比較徹底。 |

The polyethylene glycol has the very widespread use in the medicine synthesis, but its end hydroxyl's activeness is relatively low, the direct application is restricted, if activates the hydroxyl for the carboxyl group may expand its application areas. Especially in the synthesis of dipolymers,the hydrophilic chain was changed into hydrophobic chain to ehanced the hydrophilic property. With polyethylene glycol and succinic anhydride for reactants,pyridine as the solvent ,the Poly(diethylene Glycol Succinate) was synthesized respecvtively.The results showed that the reaction was completely done if the reaction time was enough. The application of PEG could be extended with the conversion of the hydroxyls to the carboxyls.
