【為了避免合成染料對(duì)環(huán)境的污染及對(duì)人體的危害，人們重新重視無(wú)毒、可再生、色調(diào)別致、對(duì)人體無(wú)刺激、具有天然保健功能且與生態(tài)環(huán)境具有良好相容性的天然染料。伴隨著近幾年來(lái)染發(fā)的時(shí)尚流行，研究天然染料的制備以及對(duì)頭發(fā)的染色工藝具有重要的意義。 本文選取在羊毛染色領(lǐng)域中研究較多、染色效果較好的紅色系天然植物染料蘇木、兒茶為研究對(duì)象，研究這兩種植物染料的提取及其對(duì)頭發(fā)的染色性能。首先根據(jù)兩種染料植物的性能，選取不同的溶劑及提取方法，用紫外-可見(jiàn)光分光光度儀測(cè)出的吸光度值為依據(jù)選取最佳提取工藝。并設(shè)計(jì)三水平四因素正交試驗(yàn)，探討染色溫度、時(shí)間、pH值、媒染劑用量等染色工藝參數(shù)對(duì)漂白后頭發(fā)染色效果的影響規(guī)律，以電腦測(cè)配色系統(tǒng)測(cè)量出的提取液上染漂白后頭發(fā)的顏色特征值為依據(jù)，優(yōu)化了染色工藝。 研究天然染料蘇木上染頭發(fā)顏色的穩(wěn)定性及漂白后的頭發(fā)與蘇木素之間相互作用的熱力學(xué)，探索其染色機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明，染發(fā)過(guò)程中，蘇木被頭發(fā)吸附的同時(shí)，蘇木素的脫附作用也在進(jìn)行，并且也與吸附過(guò)程相互競(jìng)爭(zhēng)。并且漂白后頭發(fā)對(duì)蘇木素的吸附過(guò)程是吸熱的，吸附過(guò)程是自發(fā)進(jìn)行的。 用量子化學(xué)Gaussian03軟件包對(duì)頭發(fā)與天然染料蘇木素的相互作用進(jìn)行理論研究。結(jié)果表明，如果蘇木染液偏酸性，則蘇木主要與頭發(fā)分子片段中的氨基發(fā)生作用；如果染液偏堿性，則主要與頭發(fā)分子片段中的羧基發(fā)生作用。相對(duì)來(lái)說(shuō)，在堿性條件下染色時(shí)，會(huì)使得染色更牢固。其中，尤以在堿性環(huán)境中頭發(fā)與蘇木相互作用時(shí)，結(jié)構(gòu)更穩(wěn)定，頭發(fā)會(huì)以氨基季銨鹽的形式與蘇木相互作用。】 因?yàn)槊](méi)空仔細(xì)翻譯，所以請(qǐng)蟲友幫個(gè)忙，謝謝 翻譯完 請(qǐng)發(fā)至我郵箱 謝謝wr200588@126.com |

【Synthetic dyes in order to avoid environmental pollution and harm to human body, renewed emphasis on non-toxic, renewable, unique colors, the human body without stimulation, with the natural environment and ecological health functions and good compatibility with natural dyes. With the hair of fashion in recent years, the preparation of natural dyes and hair dyeing process of great significance. This paper selects the field of research in the more wool dyeing, staining the red line better natural plant dye hematoxylin, catechu as the research object, both the extraction of plant dyes and dyeing properties of hair. First, the performance of plants under the two dyes, select a different solvent and extraction method, with UV - visible spectrophotometer measured absorbance value of optimal extraction process based on selection. Four factors and three levels designed experiment, of dyeing temperature, time, pH, amount of mordant dyeing process parameters such as bleached hair dyeing effect law, computer color measurement system to measure the dye bleaching extraction the basis of hair color features to optimize the dyeing process. Research on natural dyes dye your hair the color of hematoxylin stability and bleached hair and the thermodynamic interaction between hematoxylin and explore its dyeing mechanism. The results show that, if the acidic dye hematoxylin, the hematoxylin major molecular fragments and hair play a role in amino; if the alkaline dye solution, the main molecular fragment and hair play a role in the carboxyl. In contrast, dyed under alkaline conditions, it will make the stain more solid. Among them, particularly the hair in an alkaline environment interaction with hematoxylin, the structure is more stable, the hair will be in the form of quaternary ammonium salts and amino hematoxylin interactions. 】 |
