【為了避免合成染料對環(huán)境的污染及對人體的危害,人們重新重視無毒、可再生、色調(diào)別致、對人體無刺激、具有天然保健功能且與生態(tài)環(huán)境具有良好相容性的天然染料。伴隨著近幾年來染發(fā)的時尚流行,研究天然染料的制備以及對頭發(fā)的染色工藝具有重要的意義。 本文選取在羊毛染色領(lǐng)域中研究較多、染色效果較好的紅色系天然植物染料蘇木、兒茶為研究對象,研究這兩種植物染料的提取及其對頭發(fā)的染色性能。首先根據(jù)兩種染料植物的性能,選取不同的溶劑及提取方法,用紫外-可見光分光光度儀測出的吸光度值為依據(jù)選取最佳提取工藝。并設(shè)計三水平四因素正交試驗,探討染色溫度、時間、pH值、媒染劑用量等染色工藝參數(shù)對漂白后頭發(fā)染色效果的影響規(guī)律,以電腦測配色系統(tǒng)測量出的提取液上染漂白后頭發(fā)的顏色特征值為依據(jù),優(yōu)化了染色工藝。 研究天然染料蘇木上染頭發(fā)顏色的穩(wěn)定性及漂白后的頭發(fā)與蘇木素之間相互作用的熱力學(xué),探索其染色機理。結(jié)果表明,染發(fā)過程中,蘇木被頭發(fā)吸附的同時,蘇木素的脫附作用也在進行,并且也與吸附過程相互競爭。并且漂白后頭發(fā)對蘇木素的吸附過程是吸熱的,吸附過程是自發(fā)進行的。 用量子化學(xué)Gaussian03軟件包對頭發(fā)與天然染料蘇木素的相互作用進行理論研究。結(jié)果表明,如果蘇木染液偏酸性,則蘇木主要與頭發(fā)分子片段中的氨基發(fā)生作用;如果染液偏堿性,則主要與頭發(fā)分子片段中的羧基發(fā)生作用。相對來說,在堿性條件下染色時,會使得染色更牢固。其中,尤以在堿性環(huán)境中頭發(fā)與蘇木相互作用時,結(jié)構(gòu)更穩(wěn)定,頭發(fā)會以氨基季銨鹽的形式與蘇木相互作用! 因為忙沒空仔細(xì)翻譯,所以請蟲友幫個忙,謝謝 翻譯完 請發(fā)至我郵箱 謝謝wr200588@126.com |
